At Infinity Wheels Caribbean the rule fits in one sentence: the deposit is a simple card pre-authorisation, never charged unless damage is recorded together, and released within 7 days of the vehicle's return.
€800 → €300 → €0: the deposit shrinks with your loyalty
For a first rental the hold is €800. As you progress in the Infinity Club it drops to €300 at Gold level (−5% on your rentals) then €0 at Platinum level (−10%): no hold at all at key handover. Levels are calculated automatically from your accumulated rental days.
The digital inspection protects your deposit
At departure and return, the inspection is done together, with time-stamped photos, in our app. Only damage recorded at return and absent from the departure photos can be charged, according to the contract's rate schedule. No surprises, no arbitrary charges.
