Anywhere in Guadeloupe: to your hotel or villa, at Pôle Caraïbes airport (PTP), or free vehicle drop-off in Petit-Bourg (by appointment — key handover in person available as a paid option). Delivery fees vary by area — from free to €40 (Marie-Galante and La Désirade islands: on quote).

Pick-up in Petit-Bourg is free (7am–8pm). Elsewhere it ranges from €15 (nearby zone) to €40 (eastern Grande-Terre / leeward coast).

When booking, you pay a 30% deposit — by bank card (immediate secure payment) or by bank transfer (IBAN shown at confirmation). The balance is due no later than 3 days before departure (online from your account, or by transfer) — reminders are sent; without full payment by the deadline, the booking is automatically cancelled and the deposit is retained. Departure within 7 days or less: full payment by card at booking. The security deposit hold is taken before key handover (online from 72 hours before departure, or by card terminal at key handover).

Yes, free of charge. The additional driver must meet the same conditions (21 years old, category B licence for 2 years).

From your first rental you become a Silver member. As you accumulate rental days over the year, you automatically move up to Gold (−5%) then Platinum (−10%). Discounts apply automatically.
